Randy A. Foutch is an experienced oil and gas executive with prior successes in forming his own privately held companies. He is currently Chairman & CEO of Laredo Petroleum, Inc.
Laredo Petroleum is an independent oil and gas company with headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Laredo's business strategy is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties in the Mid-Continent region of the United States. Laredo was formed with an initial commitment of up to $500 million of equity from Warburg Pincus.
Prior to the formation of Laredo, Mr. Foutch founded Latigo Petroleum, Inc. and served as its President & CEO until Latigo was sold to Pogo Producing Co. in May 2006 for $750 million dollars in a corporate transaction. Latigo was honored as co-winner of the Oklahoma Venture of the Year Award.
Previous to Latigo, Mr. Foutch founded Lariat Petroleum, Inc. in 1996 and served as President until January 2001 when it was sold to Newfield Exploration, Inc.
He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Bill Barrett Corporation, Helmerich & Payne, The Catholic Foundation of Eastern Oklahoma, Indian Nations Council/Boy Scouts of America, the Board of Trustees of the University of Tulsa, Tulsa University's Friends of Finance Board, and the Gilcrease Museum National Board / Member of the National Board's Planning and Development Committee. He also is a Member of the C.M. Russell National Advisory Board, National Petroleum Council, America's Natural Gas Alliance, and Board Member Emeritus of Leadership Oklahoma. Previously, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board, President of the Thomas Gilcrease Museum Association, Board Member of The Philip Neri Newman Center, Broad Oak Energy, MacroSolve, Inc., Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, Gryphon Exploration Company, Chairman of the OERB Scholastic Outreach Committee, and Chairman of the International Society of Energy Advocates.
Among many other awards and honors, Foutch was inducted into the 2008 Tulsa Historical Society Hall of Fame, and received the American Association of Petroleum Geologists' Public Service Award at its 1999 convention. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Texas and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston.

Jerry Schuyler is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Laredo Petroleum, Inc. Prior to joining Laredo in June 2007, he held various executive positions with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), Dominion Exploration and Production and St. Mary's Land & Exploration. At St. Mary Land & Exploration, he established their Houston and Midland offices and managed the Gulf Coast, Offshore and Permian regions. While at Dominion, he managed the exploration and production activities in the Eastern Onshore US regions which included Texas, Alabama, Michigan and Appalachian operations. During his 20+ years with ARCO, he held several key positions such as Prudhoe Bay Field Manager, Manager of Worldwide Exploration and Production Planning and President of ARCO Middle East and Central Asia. He earned a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech University and attended numerous graduate business courses at University of Houston. Jerry serves on several industry and college related board of directors.

Jeffrey A. Harris joined Warburg Pincus in 1983. During his career, Mr. Harris has worked extensively in the industrial and technology sectors. Currently, he co-leads the firm's investment activities in the energy sector. Mr. Harris worked in Warburg Pincus' London office from 1991 to 1994 to help develop the firm's European investment activities. He is a director of Competitive Power Ventures, ElectroMagnetic GeoServices ASA, Knoll, Kosmos Energy, Laredo Petroleum, Osum Oil Sands, Sheridan Production Partners and Spectraseis AG. Mr. Harris served previously on the boards of Bill Barrett Corporation, Comcast UK Cable, Newfield Exploration, Nuance Communications, and Spinnaker Exploration. He is past chairman of the National Venture Capital Association. Currently he is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Cranbrook Educational Community, and a member of the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian Hospital. In addition, Mr. Harris is an adjunct professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business where he teaches courses on venture capital and innovation.

Peter R. Kagan has been with Warburg Pincus since 1997 and co-leads the firm's investment activities in energy and natural resources, and is a member of the firm's Executive Management Group. Mr. Kagan received an A.B. degree cum laude from Harvard College and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees with honors from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in investment banking at Salomon Brothers in both New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Kagan is currently on the board of directors of Antero Resources, Broad Oak Energy, Fairfield Energy, Laredo Petroleum, MEG Energy, Targa Resources and Targa Resources Partners L.P. In addition, he is a member of the Visiting Committee of the University of Chicago Law School, and a member of the Board of Directors of Resources for the Future.

James Levy joined Warburg Pincus in 2006. He previously had worked as an Associate at Kohlberg & Company, a middle-market private equity investment firm, and as an Associate at Wasserstein Perella & Co. Bill Parker retired as an executive vice president for worldwide production and operations for Phillips Petroleum Company in November 2002. He previously served numerous executive positions at Phillips Petroleum Co. since his inception date in 1970 and also held positions for the company abroad in Norway, England, Europe and Africa. He was president of Phillips Driscopipe, Inc. for four years in Dallas, Texas. In the early 90’s, Parker was the managing director of the United Kingdom division of exploration and production. He received a B.S. degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Oklahoma and was named a distinguished graduate of OU in 2002. He served five years with the United States Naval Reserves. Parker is currently the chairman of the audit committee on the Laredo Petroleum board and also serves on the board of Williams Partners where he is chairman of the conflicts committee. He previously served on the board of Latigo Petroleum from 2003 until the company sold in 2006. Parker is a member of the API 25-year Club of the Petroleum Industry and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Texas Society of Petroleum Engineers. He serves on the Boards of Visitors at the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering and the College of Earth and Energy.

Pam Pierce is currently a partner in Ztown Investments, Inc., focused on investments in domestic oil and gas non-working interests. Pierce also serves on the Michael Baker, Inc. Board of Directors. Prior positions included president of Huber Energy, an operating company of J.M. Huber Corporation, where she designed and implemented a transaction strategy for property acquisitions and divestitures and had direct profit and loss responsibility for production properties in Texas, Wyoming and the Gulf of Mexico Shelf. Previously, she was president and chief executive officer of Houston-based Mirant Americas Energy Capital and Production Company. A 30-year veteran of the oil and gas industry, Pierce has also held a variety of managerial positions with ARCO Oil and Gas Company, ARCO Alaska and Vastar Resources.

Ambassador Francis Rooney is the Chief Executive Officer of Rooney Holdings, Inc., and of Manhattan Construction Group, Tulsa, which is engaged in road & bridge construction, civil works and building construction and construction management in the United States, Mexico and the Central America/Caribbean region.
Ambassador Rooney currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. and Laredo Petroleum, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma, and VETRA Energy Group, Bogota, Colombia.
Ambassador Rooney has rejoined the Board of Advisors of the Panama Canal Authority, Republic of Panama, on which he was member prior to resigning in 2005 to enter government service. He is a member of the Board of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation, the INCAE Presidential Advisory Council and the Board of Visitors of the University of Oklahoma International Programs. He is a Trustee of The Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress, in Washington, D.C., and the Naples Community Hospital, Naples, Florida. He is also a member of the Council of American Ambassadors.
From 2005 through 2008, he served as the United States Ambassador to the Holy See, appointed by President George W. Bush.
Ambassador Rooney has also served as Vice-Chairman of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, appointed by Governor Keating (Oklahoma), as a director of BOK Financial Corp., the Bank of Oklahoma, Cimarex Energy Company and the St. Francis Health System, Tulsa, Oklahoma. For many years, he also served on the Board of the University of Tulsa.
From 1991 to 1999 Ambassador Rooney was a Director of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and served as the International President of the organization from 1997 to 1998.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture and was granted an honorary degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2006.
Ambassador Rooney is a graduate of Georgetown University (A.B. 1975) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. 1978). He is a member of the District of Columbia and Texas Bars, and holds a U.S. Coast Guard 100 Ton Masters License (Sailing Endorsement). He is married to Kathleen Collins Rooney and they have 3 children.

Donald Wolf is Chairman of Quantum Resources Management, LLC, a private partnership which acquires and operates producing oil and gas properties. He also serves on the Board of Managers of Ute Energy, an affiliate of Quantum Resources, LLC. He is past Chairman/CEO of Westport Resources Corporation, President/COO of UMC Corporation and President/CEO of General Atlantic Resources. Mr. Wolf is currently Vice-Chairman and Director of Aspect Resources Corporation, a Director of Mark West Energy Partners, LP and a Director of Enduring Resources, LLC. Mr. Wolf is a past Director of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States (IPAMS) and a recipient of “Wildcatter of the Year” honors by that association.
Mr. Wolf graduated from Greenville College, Greenville, IL, with a B.S. in Business Administration.
